Solutions for Indoor Pollution:
Earth Day is my favorite reminder to do what’s right.
I love Earth Day! It’s a time when more people let their guard down and show that they really do care about the future of this planet. We say it’s all about what we leave for our children, but I believe it’s more than that. Who doesn’t enjoy a walk in the forest, or a dip in the ocean? We all need to pull together if these wonders are to be enjoyable now, as well as for future generations.
As I write this, I have the back door open, and I am smelling cigarette smoke – in my own house!! Talk about indoor pollution. Reducing smoking is one of the suggestions in this video. I hope you will take a half hour to watch this video Health Chat. You can watch it all at once, or in bits, and learn how easy it can be to reduce toxins in your home and immediate environment. You might be saving someone from a lifetime of asthma and allergies. I have been using Shaklee non-toxic, Earth-friendly cleaners for so many years, I barely remember what it felt like to have to wear a gas-mask to clean my house.
So, see what Heather has to say about doing our bit for the planet, starting with our own homes. Then let’s talk about what that can mean for you personally.
Listen to Heather Chastain as she offers suggestions for creating a healthy, green, safe home for your family. As a mother of two, and the president of Shaklee North America, she knows what she’s talking about. Shaklee was the first company to be certified Climate Neutral, and continues that certification to this day.
If you watched the video, contact me for more information on how to get started. If you don’t like watching videos, contact me for a transcript or a personal chat. You will be amazed what a difference you can see in your health, and even your mental state, when you are breathing cleaner air. As someone who works from home, this is especially important to me, and I would love to help you improve the air in your home. Donna
